Solen Junction legal
Terms of Use
The rules for using the Solen Junction crypto-to-crypto exchange interface.
Last updated: 16 October 2026
The service
Solen Junction is an interface to exchange services provided by our partners (see "Our partners" below). When you create a swap, it is processed by our exchange partner. The deposit address shown for a swap is issued by the exchange partner; Solen Junction does not receive or hold customer funds.
Rates and estimates
Rates are floating. The amount shown before you create a swap is an estimate, and the final amount you receive may differ because of market movement and network conditions. Fees are included in the estimate.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering the correct payout address, network and memo or destination tag where required, and for sending the exact coin, on the exact network, to the deposit address shown for your swap.
Blockchain transfers are irreversible
Transfers on a blockchain cannot be cancelled or reversed. Funds sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network or without a required memo may be lost.
Verification and holds
Under its anti-money-laundering rules our exchange partner may request verification, hold a transaction or refund it. Its decisions are governed by our exchange partner's Terms of Use.
Refunds
If a swap is refunded, the funds are sent to the refund address you provided. If a refund is needed and you did not provide a refund address, contact us at info@solenjunction.com with the swap ID and we will help you request the refund from our exchange partner. Refunds are subject to our exchange partner's rules and network fees. If a refund is needed because of a wrong network or coin, our exchange partner charges a 50 USD processing fee plus network fees.
Restricted countries
The service is not available to residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, India, the Russian Federation, and countries under UN sanctions. By creating a swap you confirm that you are not a resident of these countries.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service to evade sanctions, to move funds obtained illegally or for any other unlawful purpose.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use crypto exchange services in your country.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Solen Junction is not responsible for delays or failures of blockchain networks, for decisions made by our exchange partner, or for losses caused by incorrect addresses, networks or memos entered by the user.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
